Strawberry Long Island Iced Tea – Granny Lyn’s own recipe! It took a lot of tweeking, and some serious taste testing, but we believe we have the best tasting strawberry jam for breakfast or spooned over vanilla ice cream. Strawberries combined with McGuinness’s Long Island Ice Tea, Triple Sec and dark rum make this jam a must have in your pantry.
Strawberry Daiquiri – Granny Lyn’s own recipe! Strawberries, lime juice, and dark rum combined to make the jam version of the famous drink.
Strawberry-Port with Vanilla – This jam is a wonderful choice for those watching their sugar intake, as half of the sugar is replaced with Organic Blue Agave Syrup. We use Sandeman Ruby Port, which is a deep red-coloured sweet wine bursting with red fruit & berry flavours, combined with strawberries and a Vanilla Bean for hint of vanilla flavour.
Coconut Raspberry Rum – Granny Lyn’s own recipe! One day Granny Lyn was eating a wonderful coconut tart with raspberry jam on the bottom, and she thought the flavour combinations would make an excellent jam; crushed raspberries, sweetened coconut, and coconut rum.
White Chocolate Raspberry – Not your regular raspberry jam; raspberries and gourmet white chocolate chips topped off with Kahlua. Yummy!
Wild Blueberry with Blue Curacao – Granny Lyn’s own recipe! Ontario wild blueberries combined with a hint of orange flavour from the blue curacao make this soft spread a natural on pancakes and waffles.
JELLIES, Available in 250 mL jars
Pina Colada – Pineapple, coconut and pineapple rum mixed for a tropical treat. Excellent on toast, ice cream or used as a glaze on ham.
Margarita – This jelly is amazing served with crackers and softened cream cheese; Lime juice, tequila, and Triple Sec.
